What is Stock Footage?
VFX Stock Footage are video files or image sequences (e.g. OpenEXR) of elements that will be composited in post-production. These elements, for example Structure Fire elements, allows VFX artists/Compositors to enhance or create a scene entirely from scratch. Let's see an example below:
